搜索引擎的人工干预
搜索引擎的人工干预早已经是总所周知的秘密，但是每家搜索引擎对于人工干预总是三缄其口，因为这关系到搜索引擎的核心问题。要不要进行人工干预，这已经是肯定的答案了，但是如何使人工干预保持公正性和准确性，实在是一个非常不易把握的度。
随着网页数量的急剧增长，搜索引擎在算法上不断的更新和调整，努力要准确地提供给用户满意的搜索结果，但是无论机器算法如何的先进，还是无法满足用户的要求。首先，在准确解读用户的搜索用意上，就存在着很大的困难。其次，对于spam的判定也是机器算法的最薄弱的地方。
搜索引擎和Spammers的较量一直都在以魔高一尺，道高一丈的方式不断地重复着。而搜索引擎对付Spammers的终极法宝就是人工干预。只要祭出这个法宝，几乎所有的spam都遁于无形；可问题是这个宝贝威力太猛，效率太低，不能老用，用多了就伤着自己了。因此Google才有了将人工意见加入到评价搜索结果的系统和方法，完全依靠人工评价去处理海量的网页信息是不可能的任务，只有通过使搜索引擎智能化，学会人工干预的那几招独门武功，才能为用户提供满意的搜索结果。
