Send us a fax or a letter outlining your enquiry with your name, signature, file number in our office and your return address or fax number for our reply OR if you have a representative, send your enquiry to that person. If our service standards have been exceeded, your representative may send us a fax or a letter on your behalf.

If you have designated an agent to represent you, we will communicate only with that person or firm. If you no longer wish to be represented by that person or firm, you must alert us to this by fax or mail before we will stop communicating exclusively with the representative.

Although we review every fax or letter we receive, we will reply only when case processing service standards have been exceeded. We will respond within 60 days to each fax or letter referring to a case in which our service standards have been exceeded.

We ask that you please do not send multiple copies of the same enquiry.
